Course Content
This is the main course that addresses the issue of market failure and the regulatory role of the State. The course objective is to introduce students to the concept of policy design (instrument choice) for environmental protection.
Upon course completion, a typical student is expected:
- To be able to elaborate on “externalities” and the optimal level of pollution.
